My experience with NH Orthopedics has been 5 stars. Yes, there is sometimes a wait, but that's because they're accommodating so many patients. It's just a busy place, for good reason. The entire staff is friendly and professional, and my surgeon was amazing! I have no regrets about choosing them, and I highly recommend them.

Worst experience ever. They are the reason America has health care issues. No up front pricing then they rape you with bills. And my symptoms are worse now then before.

I called to see if the doctor was running on time (I was getting new tires put on and myself was 5min late). I was told he was on time and apologized when I arrived at 7min after my sch appt. I was face to face with the Dr. ONE hour later. The nurse who took verified my info n reason for the visit was amazing..........however, the 10min the doctor spent with me.....awful. I've had knee, ankle and shoulder surgery all in the past 20years and NEVER have I encountered such ambivalence and disregard for patient care. I don't need a best friend, but I do need a Doctor who will partner with me in regards to my health. Take the drive to Lahey in Burlington Mass, or Boston...isn't your health worth it?

Very professional and thorough. Had to wait about 20 min once, but that's the way things are at Drs offices sometimes. For God sake it's not McDonald's! Surgeons might not have the best bedside manner, but I do know Dr Marino successfully replaced my knee. And I thank him for it.

I sat and waited for 30 minutes past my appointment time so I said to the receptionist that I thought it rude that a doctor would make his patients wait so long. She said she will nudge the nurse. 2 minutes later the cranky nurse put me in the exam room. She asked about my social history as far as smoking drinking and drug use. I asked what does that have to do with my toe and she closed the laptop and said the doctor is a bit late today, he will be in shortly. I then waited for another half hour. I had to use the men's room which caused a stir. On my way back the doctor had peeked in the room and seemed upset that I was not there. After all this waiting he never even looked at my broken toe. He insisted that I purchase a orthopedic boot and take prescription drugs. I asked if he had something a little bit more affordable seeing that I am on a budget. He point blank asked me, then why are you here? He was smug rude inconsiderate and short when I asked him questions. I explained to him how rude he was for making me and everyone else wait so long. He says, that's the way things are nowadays. Btw, if you are an hour late they won't let you see the doctor. You would need to make another appointment. I am never going to hear from anyone on this but if I did, don't try to appologize. It's embarrassing on your part as a health care facility. Rude!
