C'mon folks, you get what you pay for. Stick to a private office not a chain like this one or any other corporate chains like Aspen. All they want is to charge the pt way more. That's just how it is. They are not in the business of helping people. Unfortunately because of the greed that such companies display, the smaller offices end up suffering. Support your local private dentist. There are so many great dentists that are given a bad name cos of places like this.

I give them 1star only because they repaired a crown that they screwed up. Never offered a mirror to even see what it looked like. I had to ask. They still haven't fixed their bathroom since months ago. They way over charged me and their prices aren't worth it . SPLURGE and go somewhere nicer and more professional!!!
The dental tech was rude. I mean you pay a ton of money for something you have a right to examine the item and make sure it's correct. I feel I was cheated in labor and product. I had to go back so many times. Oh and they make sure not to glue a temporary good the first time. I've had same tooth crowned 2x because the first time they left a gap under it (saw through xray) so BOTH times the temp fell off right away and I did not chew on that side. I would return and be told "oh it won't fall off for sure this time". Why did it before then??? When my temp crown came off the first time my tooth under it was smooth and higher but when the next dr.  removed the actual crown he ground down my real tooth! It was rough and shorter than before. The shorter your actual tooth is the less likely the crown will say on. I could go on but .... I should get money back for time compensated in having to come and go there. This place is just awful & unprofessional. Horrible experiences.

Dr. Brown and staff were such a great help in getting all my dental needs taken care of. Don't believe all the reviews the staff here were super nice and caring.

So far the dentist have been Caring & genital. Be alert for the $999 implants. like most promotions, it's  a marking move to get you into the door.
