I made an appointment for 4pm, scheduled it around noon the same day, for me and my friend to have a girl date together. We waited 20 minutes after our time, they started her and not me so we never got to sit together or actually enjoy the experience. My nail person was too distracted paying attention to other clients to actually do the job efficiently, so it took an hour to do my hands. The very next day one of my nails broke and the following morning the nail polish was chipping from another finger. I've never had such instantaneous ruin on my hands. Bad experience, bad job, just don't go here. It's clean but not worth your time. VERY unsatisfied. I spent 60 dollars for THIS?!

I went here to get my hair and nails done, my hair came out really pretty and I liked it, but I ended up getting a toe nail fungal that hurts like hell and looks so nasty. It started off on just one of my big toes and has spread to both feet, I have to be on medication now for it, and I have had to have my big toe nail removed off of one of my feet! Not to mention both feet are in a lot of pain.

Went to visit family in Carson City and dropped in New Image as a Walk In. They awkwardly welcomed me then offered a seat. The lady who helped me was trying to hold a conversation which was nice, but the quality of the paint job was horrible. Right after I left, I noticed I had more polish under and around my nails then on them. The next morning confirmed that the nails in the light were blotchy and the paint was very thin. 2 of my nails, the second color was smeared. 

If the lighting in the salon was bright then I might have caught on to the horrible job that was done. $40.00 for a set with colored tips plus I gave the lady a tip.

Now I will give you all a tip. Stand by your work or find a new career.
