What the heck is going on New Jersey Unemployment? I experienced numerous snafus with my UI claims and couldn't get through to anyone at the telephone number for the (distant) office that supposedly "serves" NW New Jersey. Out of desperation, I drove to the Randolph office (where I'd been served well when the first snafu occurred about 6 weeks ago). Once there, I was told that they no longer provided assistance with unemployment claims because someone had retired. How can this be? One person leaves, and the whole county is stranded? That is completely unacceptable. I rate them one star because they were eventually able to help me get through to the office in Freehold, where, after numerous explanations, I was able to get the mess straightened out.

very slow office,only 1 lady works there and at the end she always send you to the phones,security person think he is the man,he doesn't show respect to people ,this people they forget they work for us,we pay them very disappointed of this office
