Let me start out by saying this is the first time I have ever wrote a review on any Dr or business before but since I decided to come here partly because of the 5 star rating I seen on here I felt like I should share my experience and opinion. Ok I started experiencing foot pain from an injury and scheduled an appointment a few days later. First visit went ok Dr and staff were very nice I was diagnosed, giving an injection, and was sent on my way. The pain didnt subside so I returned a week later and she wanted to give me another injection which I declined and was sent for xrays and ultrasound. 2 weeks later I was never contacted about my results so I finally decided to call them in which the receptionist read the results that the Dr at Atlantic medical imaging faxed over and said the results looked fine. I explained I was still having the same symptoms so she spoke with Dr Tsyganova and they sent me for an MRI. At this time I also scheduled a 2nd opinion with another Dr.. Got my MRI and took my results to the other Drr the next week who was concerned with the amount of inflamation still present 5 weeks post injury and was concerned I may have a torn tendon. He put me on crutches for a month and scheduled me for another appoinment after to see how I am making out and go from there. I once again never heard back from Dr Tysganova about my MRI test results. They did finally call me a few weeks later to remind me of an appointment I scheduled back on my second visit to which I expained that I would not be coming back in. The receptionist did apoligize and told me she would have the Dr. call me inbetween patients to which not to my surprise I have never heard back to this day. I basically felt as the Doc was more concerned with trying to shoot me up cortizone and getting rid of the inflamation than taking a look at my test results and figuring out where the inflamation was coming and what the problem was. I understand to a certain extent every doc has their own way of doing things but sending someone for tests and never looking at them or getting back to you I find to be a pretty strange practice. If you ask me for my honest opinion I would recomend you go elsewhere if you have any type of foot injury.
