On several occasions, the drivers that has picked me up are either high off weed, they are smoking cigarettes or just finished smoking  prior to picking me up and or they are half hour late.  The majority interior of new line taxi are  filthy,  and smells. One day I got into one of their cabs and someone left a douche bottle  on the ground. An empty douche bottle folks. So when I hear about this so called taxi reform for this city, I am all for it. Get it together😟

The wait is sometimes crazy or calling can be a hassle waiting but the drivers and dispatchers are beautiful they are cool and they help when they can

Horrible. Disrespectful. They need new drivers and new cars. I just got interviewed by a last today and I should of said more. There seats are ripped they drive like idiots running red lights. They even overcharged us for a quick stop charged me 10 dollars for a quick stop to the deli. They have no room in the back. If they pick you up with people already in the back and you head to the front they would make you wait until they decide to unlock it. Sometimes they text and drive and loud in there phones saying how they almost shot someone and who shot who and who is coming out of jail. It's scary that you think a murderer is driving you to your location. They threaten you it's horrible. The cars are worst when they speed it takes a good 10 seconds for the cars to come to a complete stop. Then the seats be having bugs on them and be ripped. The cars  leak oil and gas and break down out of know where. I will really do anything for better cars and new drivers that are clean less smelling like drugs and considerate and kind. Mount Vernon is a great place it's just that there cabs are bad and more retarded people are entering here causing problems we been quiet until shootings been happening and retarded cab drivers I just wish the mayor will get new cabs and drivers and run these retarded people out here.

I never answered your call but when they do they always come on time. Some drivers are bad and some drivers may drive too fast. Road rage!

Worst car ride ever the car smelled dirty it was broken inside the driver were extremely rude and also over charged me  a 17.00 cab ride I take everyday they charged me 30.00
