I know some people wrote about the front desk staff here, but I had no issues. They were all very professional, albeit busy because the center has a lot of clients, but still took time to help and answer questions. They were very accommodating. I wanted to get started on tattoo removal asap and was luckily able to get in that very day after my consultation. I opted out of numbing cream as my tattoo is small. Definitely more painful than the tattoo, but it's tolerable in my opinion. About 10 minutes for the laser session, $150 per session for a small 2"X2". Very clean space. A little bit of a wait, but out within the hour. Would definitely recommend!

Terrible customer service.  I could care less about getting a "good deal" if the customer service is bad.  Made me very frustrated and uncomfortable.

The WORST!!!!!!! The WORST!!!!! customer service! I make an appointment on Friday for Monday. They not only can't find the appointment. They tell me they can reschedule. So I ask, are you guys comping the session since you messed up right! They go no we can't do that. I guess the customer is the problem since it's not their fault the appointment was never made.

I like this place, it's clean and sterile. Most of the laser techs have been pretty nice, they do come and go so once you found one you really mesh with or prefer their thoroughness, just like that; they could be gone. Sometimes their is a wait if your late and if their extremely busy you'll have to reschedule. Their really affordable but I hate I come from the USC area just for a inexpensive and clean experience.

I've officially given up on this place and I really didn't want to have to. The only consistent thing about my appointments were the missed spots and irritating white bumps that followed. My treatment area is so patchy it's embarrassing and now I'm extremely self conscious. 

I've heard that laser treatment can be 50/50 on darker skin tones but the staff here assured me that they were well versed in treating darker complexions - -  that they had a laser system that would give great results on my dark skin. 

If my coloring or hair texture were an issue I wish someone would've been up front with me about it so I could've avoided the treatment all together and not be in the position that I'm in now where I'm worse off than I was before undergoing the procedure.
