This place is highly unprofessional and seems to be having a lot of legal issues that are affecting their patients. Initially I bought the Groupon for a small area laser hair removal; as soon as I went to the consultation I bought another large area package for an "intro price". I did think the consultation was quite informative and useful, however the events that followed were definitely not as professional.

My appointment have been rescheduled a total of 3 times! One of this occasions I was not contacted until I got to the place and the receptionist told me the technician had an emergency. They obviously do not respect your time and the fact that you have a busy life!. After their whole ordeal with their medical director resigning I was able to finally get an appointment for 2 treatments which I specified were to be made by a female technician. Fast forward to my appointment and guess what...it's a male technician! so I decided to only get one area done (so not to waste another trip) and reschedule the treatment for the other area. However, I got such a negative vibe from this place that I decided to request a refund for my other area. Well the lady at the front desk said I could NOT get a refund because I bought a "bundle package" which by the way were 2 separate transactions!. 

Based on my experience, I don't trust this place and lack of professionalism, I don't even want any treatments...just my money back!

This Place does not exist!!! ALL of the locations they have are FAKE. They are going under Family Health Clinic USA LLC. And the Only Locations open for Family Health Clinic are West Oak Ridge Rd in Orlando and 323 W Oak St Kissimmee. AND The Kissimmee location is never open. I have called and made Appointments for that location and when I went for my appointment at Kissimmee the doors are locked, no sign nothing on door. A Man Named AARIF is who made my appointments.  And will not refund me the money I paid for services I never received. Buyer Beware !!  Also This place was at Changes Medical And Wellness Spa Under the name Family Health Clinic USA LLC
