I was given so much false information and false promises. It didn't what person I talked to, no one could give me the same information twice. They are absolutely unprofessional in every manner!

This agency is a disgrace. They are taxation without representation. I tried to submit a protest, to show them that THEY had erroneously calculated my tax rate as an employer, and was told, "Sorry, there was a 30 day window to bring that up. It has passed. There is nothing which can be done." What? The IRS allows you an avenue to appeal decisions at any time. My tax rate was hiked by 640% within one year, based on a fraudulent claim which they did not properly investigate at the time, and refuse to look into now. Apparently accountability is something they do not feel they have to adhere to as a governmental agency.
