Pick a number, wait in line - or on the phone holding for 30 minutes for someone to answer who cannot or will not help you, but pass the buck. Maybe you will be the lucky one who dies waiting for them to help. This clinic is understaffed, disorganized, untrained,uninformed, all staff takes a break at the same time.The morale is very low. Notes are not entered correctly, appointments are not entered. This place needs a major management communication overhaul.
 An automated answering system engenders laziness. Why should a person answer the phone, when you can put it off on another. The management of this clinic needs a a real wake up call, if they are going to be the main cardiac provider in Northern New Mexico.
 I know the clinic has good health care providers, but I think they are ignorant of what goes on in the front.
 I've certainly spent a good couple of hours crying about how they haven't or won't help me, and if anyone out there knows me, you know I'm a tough old broad.
