Went when this office opened in the a.m., got the 3rd number issued for service, sat for 90 mins while the unbelievably (or intentionally) slow workers behind bulletproof glass "helped" the two people ahead of me. They even walked slowly when retrieving something from another desk. I couldn't believe that after sitting for an hour and a half, I was still no closer to getting the registration for my car. I left, giving my number to an elderly couple who came in much later. I hope they got helped before they died of natural causes waiting their turn. AWFUL, disinterested staff, slow as molasses service. I've gone to the ExpressMVD ever since. And I understand why they need bulletproof glass.

Very rude and disrespectful, especially the chick on number 6 , I will never deal with them again I'd rather drive 30 miles they suck big time!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely terrible customer service, no one that works there seems to be on the same page, after explaining myself to one of the ladies that work there that I am active duty Military and that I have a very short amount of time in New Mexico she tells me that there will be no problem taking my road test, I go back two days later and what do you know they make "no exceptions". Thank god the DMV in Santa Fe doesn't have the same piss poor attitude as the one in Espanola. I would never recommend coming here, the drive to Santa Fe is worth it.

Always a long wait. The tellers are slow and rude. They act like they have been waiting for two hours. Incompetent people working there!!! Two tellers on a Friday??! Horrible! If I could give no stars I would. For the people who rate this MVD more the 1 star are either workers there or related to workers there.

awful.. I still did not get done what needed.. they do not answer the phone during operating hours.. went all over town to get what they needed from me. Now we are at a stand still again.. due to issues from STATE to STATE.. seems I will have to leave the system since it does not work .. I am going plan B
