Good place to get in a great workout! Staff is pleasant and they keep up on the place. The back room has a good variety of versatile equipment. Members are all friendly and seem to keep to their own workouts. Only cons are 1) they moved the lying leg curls to their other location and now have none at this location (pretty essential) and 2) if you are at all sensitive to scented cleaning products or air fresheners you need to avoid being near the place when the cleaning lady starts spraying. She uses some heavily scented chemicals that could just about knock you over.

Some of the best equipment and people that I have seen in a gym. They also have a salt water pool and I urge people with bad knees to get in. Hot tub for those sore muscles and stiff backs. They have a sauna, tanning beds,personal trainers,water aerobic classes. They have a nice assortment of cable machines and free weights. Remember a body in motion stays in motion.

An excellent gym to do workouts. I enjoy the wide variety of great  exercise  machines that are well maintained. The caring staff members are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The novice as well as the seasoned athlete should feel welcome here. I gladly recommend this facility to anyone interested in becoming  physically fit.

I love this gym. It has a regular gym, a women specifically gym, a pool, a hot tub and a sauna, and offers classes...awesome!
