VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! My boyfriend and I went in for a couples massage. When we got there they rushed us unto the room. They never asked us what we wanted and they talked and laughed to each other throughout the entire massage. During this "relaxing massage" they left the room twice for 5 minutes both times to answer the door. We were there a total of 30 minutes with paying, getting undressed, and getting dressed. This was the absolute worst experience! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

I have always passed by this place heading to my mother's home, and have always wanted to try it. On this particular day, I stopped by to check pricing at which I was told $80 for an hour. Being I wasn't prepared for my massage at that very moment, I told the lady at the front that I would shower and return in an hour. When I returned I was told another appointment had started, and they could no longer do for me. I understood. On my way home I thought the best thing to do was to call back and make an appointment. So I did. The woman picked up and said "we can't do for you, go to another spa!" So I asked for perhaps another day in the week, and she told me to call back another day she couldn't help me. While I cannot speak to the quality of the massages here, I can definitely tell you customer service is horrible and not very warm. I even questioned my race playing into not being served. I would not recommend this place to friends and family simply because I believe in quality customer service...and regardless of the culture difference, service was not at all where it should be. Massage Envy is not too far from this place, and customer service is superb. Go there!

The massage was ok.. Not what I expected.. We got a couples massage and they cut us short 20mins.. I timed it and they asked for a tip before they even started.

I have moved to Daytona  beach almost 2 years ago and have been here many times and always get  the best massage here they will walk on back too.this is the best place in Daytona beach
