New Moon was founded in 1997 to provide the North Tahoe-Truckee area with a selection of natural foods and supplements you’d expect to find only in the Big City markets.

We specialize in 100% Organic Produce, Natural Grocery, Bulk Foods, Organic Dairy, Frozen Items, Beer & Wine, and a huge selection of Nutritional Supplements.

The Truckee location also provides a fresh organic juice bar and the Crescent Cafe soup, salad bar, sandwiches and fresh natural meats and cheeses.

Our employees are well-trained, available and knowledgeable. We’re able to help with everything from recipes to special orders to natural healing. Our Supplement department is second to none! We know our herbs! And we can special order almost anything!
