The New Orleans DPW regularly targets students parking near or around the Loyola College of Law building. They actively neglect the areas on the north side of St. Charles avenue, instead opting to show up 2 hours on the dot (while people are stuck in class) to ticket people parked in the blocks surrounding the school. Moreover, the "meter maids" can be found loitering around the school, seemingly all day, waiting like vultures. This, while the roads are deteriorating and other infrastructure of New Orleans falls into disrepair. Glad to know our tax dollars are going to good use by the NODPW.
