New Pharmacy is established to provide a new pharmacy experience to its community through offering diversified pharmacy services delivered in a friendly and professional manner. New Pharmacy is the first and only full service pharmacy in its community. Our services are not be limited to filling prescriptions as we are also certified compounders for those who require custom-made treatments. We are also certified in Sterile compounding - Intravenous (IV) infusion pharmacy. New pharmacy offers immunization services at all times with no appointment needed. At New Pharmacy, patients are always our top priority.

This pharmacy used to be fantastic. Quick visits, accurate information, a well oiled machine.

One of their pharmacists left and everything is now horrible. Long waits, long lines, poor customer management, forgetting to return calls. I will provide examples of service quality:

I was once told to take a seat and given a 5 minute estimate. I was sitting for 55 minutes without being told my script was ready, I had to ask twice. the second time I asked it had already been prepared, but no one had informed me.

The worst offense was when I went on vacation and needed a forgotten script refilled. The pharmacy i went to for a refill called New Pharmacy twice on Thursday, and never received the faxed script. I went in person to get the script the next day, 24 hours later, still not received, they had called New again that morning. They called New again in front of me, and were told it would be in their hands in less than 10 minutes. I called New immediately to inform them that they must do it as quickly as possible, as I was short on time. 45 minutes later the pharmacy I was at informed me they still had not received the script, nor a confirmation call. I called New AGAIN and complained about poor service and no verification call. They apologized and informed me they had sent the script to the wrong fax number FOUR TIMES and never called to verify once.

All in all, New pharmacy went from the best pharmacy to the most unprofessional, incompetent pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with.

The girls are sweet and the pharmacists are knowledgeable offering the bio-identical hormones and always willing to answer questions and help if needed , even tho they're busy. Everyone there is very polite and they even deliver !

I have so many prescriptions a month due to cancer and I cannot express enough how they have made my life so much simpler.  It's very difficult to keep up with all the medications and refill dates and which doctors need to be
Called.  Sean, Kristin and Mahir basically have them together without me even having to contact them.  Everyone there is always helpful and very courteous.  I have been going to them since they opened and will stay with them as long as they are there.  A huge thank you for all their help!!
