I came here with high hopes, as my aunt and sister had eaten here before. We made reservations, which were taken down incorrectly and we had to wait an extra half-hour in order to be seated. After that, it took another twenty minutes in order for us to get drinks, another twenty minutes and a round of drinks before we were able to order, and over an hour before we received our food after that. My brother's food was raw, the burgers were overcooked, and my steak had no seasoning. The seating is cramped and any party over four should not expect comfortable seating at all. The only thing that warrants a two-star rating is that the drinks were pretty good. Props to the bar.

Mother's day weekend: one of the worst steaks i've ever had. Tough, not cooked to order, and what they consider searing on the outside of the steak I consider burned. I don't bother sending stuff like that back because it takes too long and by the time it comes back to you everyone else at the table is finishing their meal. Also, our waitress was an odd cookie. She must've thought she was charming but it came across as weird. Our meal came and we had to ask for steak knives. It's supposedly a steak house. Why should we have had to ask for them? Had to ask for a drinking straw. She only brought one for me. Hello! Everyone needed one. They weren't the paper wrapped kind and as our waitress walked mine over she was absentmindedly rubbing her thumb over the end of it. GROSS!!! She wasn't a newbie either. I don't ever want to go back there.

I have had mixed experiences here. On a Friday night visit a few weeks ago, the service and food were both very good. The salads are delicious. We did have to send back an undercooked steak (it wad ordered medium and sent out rare), but it was quickly corrected. More recently, we went for lunch on Sunday. The place was almost empty, but it took 55 minutes for our entrees to come out. When they finally came, most of it was lukewarm at best, and the fries and onion straws had lost their crisp. My brother's burger was cold and raw in the middle and had to be recooked, and the salmon was a bit too rare. The waitress was kind and apologetic, but it was a pretty unappetizing experience on the whole. The issues seem to be confined to the kitchen's inconsistency and poor timing. They seem to have a tendancy to undercook the entrees and to let dishes die in the window while they take way too long on others.

Our experience was extremely poor. The waitress was awful. She never asked if we wanted an appetizer and then constantly asked us if we wanted anything else as she’s trying to walk away from the table. I ordered a steak medium and it came out rare. When they “attempted” to cook it longer they didn’t. I couldn’t eat it because it was so rare. We come down here yearly and won’t be returning.

We are local and have been to this restaurant before. However, this evening we couldn't have received any worse service. Despite a nearly empty restaurant, it took nearly 90 minutes for food to be delivered. Then had to flag waitress down 45 minutes later for check and a to-go box. Will not be going back and wouldn't recommend to anyone else.
