I love the customer service! Been going here for 5 years! I take everything like my bedding, dresses, pillows, shirts, and hoodies. I get my stuff tailored by the wife. They do a great job!

Took my leather coat in to have a spot removed. She looked at it and assured me they could get it out. I got it back two weeks later and the same spot was on it. They said they couldn't get it out and that it will be 13$. And bonus.... it shrunk. Seriously?

After going here for 5 years, I feel I'm qualified to leave a review for these guys.  I have my dress shirts and suits dry cleaned here and they have always done a good job.  I think a husband and wife run the shop.  Reliable and job done right.

I just picked up my comforter from this place after having it dry cleaned. It looked fine in the bag, but after going home I discovered my brand new (expensive) comforter was destroyed. The filling was burned and rock hard in some places, and the stitching had been pulled so hard the entire shape was off.
I went back to show the man what had happened, thinking there must have been some huge mistake. But no. He told me my comforter was 'cheap and made in China' and I should have gotten a down comforter instead.

I have never been so disgusted by customer service before. This place is a complete scam. I just paid $30 to have my $150 comforter ruined.

I would recommend leaving your expensive bedding out in the rain before going to this place.
