Customer service is 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

My boyfriend and I ate at the establishment while the cashier/counter woman was tending to a child. When my boyfriend received his order, it wasn't up to his standards so he asked for a refund. After the refund was issued, my boyfriend wanted to purhase a different item on the menu but the cashier/counter women refused to accept the refund money she'd just given him. She immediately erupted and got upset while my boyfriend tried to communicate in an appropriate manner. Needless to say, this restaurant lost two loyal customers and any potential referrals will be directed to this review.

I used to Order here nearly everyday until one day i found a BIG ASS ROACH IN MY FOOD . it was literally crawling around in my food . Never Again

This place food is good well at least that's what I thought. Someone I follow on Instagram was around the area early morning and seen a Chinese man in a car with 3 dogs and took them in one by one. Honestly i was disgusted and my heart goes how to those pets. There is no acceptable expanlation that can make me believe they aren't selling dogs or cats. Why are you taking pets into your food place ? I just ordered food on Friday evening. They have definitely lost a customer. #Distgusted

I waited over 30 mins to het my food then when i get home its feathers on my chicken wing so i called and she told me that it is apart of the Chinese tradition to have feathers on the chicken! If u want good service amd great food dont go here!!!
