We had 4 couples in attendance. Our table was ready when we arrived. Very nice server who was knowledgeable of the menu. Nice cocktail time with good conversation. The food was very good.

I have been to this place before and have noticed recently a steady decline in service and in food quality. My last and final visit was Friday at 815 pm....almost 3 hours before they close according to their hours. In the 30 mins I watched as 2 people cleaned/ swept the restaurant, the lady at the front of the restaurant rarely was off her phone for more than 1 minute, and kitchen staff check on the food at the buffet but never brought anything new out. Most of the good choices of food was either gone or looked like it has been there all day. During my 30 minutes there, I was given 0 refills nor were any plates removed from my table. There was a total of 10 customers in the restaurant that were divided no more than 4 groups. When I figured nobody was going to bring me water even after trying to signal them to come over, I went to the front desk to talk to a manager. The lady refused to get off her phone while I waited 5 minutes for her to finish her conversation. She was not speaking any English nor was she writing any thing I told her about the order down and continued to randomly look up at me and tell me I owed $10.45. 
Finally she asks "What do you want", which of course I replied...manager.
She spends the next few minutes calling him and finally getting another gentleman who worked there and he started calling him. 
The manager barely spoke English and tried to defend the entire mismanagement. He interrupted me several times and didn't believe me when I said that his staff didn't refill any other drinks there in the time I was there. 
In the end, he took off $2.00 off the total of $10.45. I seriously doubt anything will be done and frankly should warn people to stay away from this place if you actually want something to drink or any decent food they might offer.

This place used to be good. My family and I used to go here a lot. Over the last year or so, it has declined greatly. Today was definitely our last time eating here and patronizing this business. The food isn't always cooked thoroughly. Some stuff just sits under heat lamps all day and isn't fresh at all. The service is awful. They seemed to be more concerned with cleaning tables off than actually taking care of the people already there. They have a new lady there and she is incredibly rude. I had to get my own refills on drinks. She would ask me a question and then mumble something in Chinese to other workers. She refused to split my ticket. New Tokyo: You lost a loyal customer today.

You're an idiot if you eat here. I figure the only reason they're still open is because they're living in the restaurant.
