Brought my Camry in for the monsoon wash which is their premium option.  It didn't get the car all the way clean.  I realized this when I got home and called them.  No answer, it was Sunday night around 7pm which is understandable.  It prompted me to leave a message.

I got a call back that evening inviting me back to resolve the issue.  They apologized, re-washed it for free and made sure I was satisfied.

Great customer service and they stand behind their product!  Highly recommended.

I was there yesterday morning around 9:30ish and I use my card to wash my car using the self serve option...now when I insert my card it took 15.00 not sure why but I used the brush to scrub my car but when I go and rinse the soap suds off the water wouldn't work so I insert my cc card again  using the automatic carwash and both time the automatic car wash didn't work so I had to go the exxon on jeff davis and pay yet again to have the soap suds rinse off.  I was so embarrassed to drive down glynn st over to jeff davis rd to exxon automatic car wash to have it wash the right way.  I tried calling the number listed on the site but it was disconnected...does anyone how to get in contact with the owner.  I am calling my cc company and have them to stop payment..I will never go there to wash my car again I'd rather go to exxon  on jeff davis rd..I want a full refund...

This carwash is a joke. Don't come here, 3 of the ports we looked at the hoses were broken off the sprayer or the foam brush, theres no contact info posted anywhere to get ahold of anyone to complain about the broken machines and the auto wash is just as crappy. We pull up go through and come out the other side still dirty. Please destroy this place and build one thats actually useful.

First of all, this car wash requires that you do manual prep work. You can vacuum your car for free but you have to make sure you do the prewash using long handle brushing.  They provide free tire & wheel wash brushes and separate bug wash brushes that allow you to get off the tough stuff. You need to hit around the side mirrors and any raised logo areas and your entire windsheild. You won't be happy with the auto wash unless you do this prewash stuff first! 
If you do the prep then the auto wash does the rest just fine.  They have an unlimited monthly wash, so if you wash your car frequently that is a good deal.
