Do not entrust your items to this place. The first time we dropped something off here, they lost it. They are refusing to reimburse us for the lost item and are instead requiring we file an insurance claim which will not even cover the whole amount. No one that I have dealt with there speaks or understands English very well which doesn't help the situation at all. They owe us $50 and I will do everything in my power to get it back and make sure that no one else has to deal with the same poor customer service we've experienced.
