I have used New World for years.  Polite, professional, and expeditious.  Great at alterations and hemming at a reasonable price.  Thumbs up while heartedly!

I dropped off every suit my husband owns, telling the owner that I'd be back on Saturday to pick them up. We needed a suit for an all day event tomorrow, Sunday. The sign in the door said they would be open until 5pm. We arrived at 4pm to pick up the suits and the store was closed and empty... Now we have to buy a new suit because they decided to close early without letting us know. We won't be returning after we pick up our suits.

ABSOLUTE BUST!! I went here with an expensive dress to wear to a VERY important ball. Although I got it back in a timely fashion, the lady didn't speak very good english and couldn't even answer my questions. I saw her (the lady working there) looking at my dress and then back at me and then at my dress then back at me etc. I didn't know why she was doing it but I figured she was just checking out my dress or something. Then, I noticed after I got home that there were jewels MISSING off of my dress!! These were VERY noticeable and there is NO way that they didn't see it missing. I was SO disappointed. I don't feel like this company has integrity. STAY AWAY!! Don't overpay for them to ruin your stuff.
