I just recently moved to Schenectady and had just purchased a bike (not from New York Bicycle Company).  I had a wonderful experience with Matt. He was pleasant honest quick and informative. Plus he did not overcharge me for things the bike didn't need. I was so pleased with his customer service that after I left the bike shop I returned very quickly to buy a lock. Matt is awesome. If you need someone to maintain or fix your bike and you're near Schenectady you need to check him out. Plus he's cute too. :-)

Great selection from a wide range of bicycles, including road, cross, mountain, etc. for every rider. Polite and KNOWLEDGEABLE service.

Took our 2 bikes in to be serviced today.  Just like last year, the staff were eager to take a look and evaluate. Great customer service!  And they've debuted a new bike line. Check them out!  I highly recommend this bike shop!

Great selection and service. Except the one day I showed up to find a note on the door saying they were out for a bathroom break and I waited over an hour before realizing they were taking a never-ending poo and left.
