I ordered a book, got the call to come and get it but I didn’t have class so I told them I’ll  come the next day, they said ok. Come to get the book and the already gave it away!!!! What the hell!!!

Terrible customer service and marginally high prices for a college with so many low income students. Such dissonance and disappointment.

there was thid old woman who did not know how to communicate and was terrible.  She did not have any costumer service at all and was nasty.  Everytime I would and get my coffee she would make me feel like I should've gone to starbucks or somewhere else.

I attended this college and found if very much ok. 😎👍😀❤.

Hmm...I attended this school for one year before being academically dismissed -_- My appeal to be reinstated was denied >=/ But any who's, in the time I attended it I felt welcomed. I love the Human Services department =) They're friendly, well, at least they were to me. The professors I had were alright, they offered available help. I saw some other professors kind of rude, but mines were OK. Thank God. I met great people and some awesome friends =) I wish I could go back =/ Anyways, yeah, in MY experience I love City Tech. Yeah the cafeteria was a mess, but I didn't eat there. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges. The staff at the Registrar and Financial Aid Office were friendly to me. I had no problems explaining  nor being explained to about my worries. Ain't gonna give City Tech a bad wrap because of my dismissal. It's a great school, very diverse and the location for me is perfect. In Downtown Brooklyn, next to the Financial District of Manhattan with two bridges connecting you there.
