Lovely little park with fountain. I spend about an hour here people watching on a bench. Loads of benches. Keep off the grass and watch the squirrels. It’s kept clean and generally quiet. There’s a man that gets in the fountain and takes the coins at the bottom around six pm which is annoying if you throw money on for wishes. Or if you’re trying to take a photo. Next to City Hall - do a quaint spot for photos also. Near shops and a ten minute walk to Ground Zero. Subways and ample buses. I’d solo picnic on the benches this summer.

Nice place to relax after the bridge.  Plenty of places to sit.  Nice relaxing shade.  Playground: Didn't see a playground  Restrooms: No restrooms

Lovely little park with a small water fountain and benches to sit and hang out.

A smaller park than expected considering the size of the city. Well maintained. With a nice fountain in the middle. The best thing is the contrast with the surrounding tall buildings.

Close to all of the major Sightseeing areas. We ate at a food truck and then we went over to the park to sit and eat our food. Once leaving the park we were able to see the people walking to the base of the Brooklyn Bridge,  911 Memorial and also walk to the pier.  Park wasn’t as clean as I am used to seeing in the area. I am sure that was just for today. I hope so.  Dog-friendliness: Lots of dogs in the park and poop bags were located everywhere and available for cleanup  Picnic area: It was easy to get park seating. The food truck is close by it has a rating and the guy that works there uses gloves.

Great place to sit, have lunch, and view the marvelous water fountain.

This park is small, but very well kept. It is clean and has a beautiful fountain in the middle. I like their flower bed. It is fresh and beautiful.
