I wish I could give 0 stars but I can't. I had brain surgery which the cops were aware of. They were sitting on my couch with me watching TV waiting for an ambulance to arrive when I didn't need one. When I refused to go into the ambulance some stupid rookie cop kicked me from behind causing me to hit my head and knock a tooth out. Again, they were aware of my brain surgery and that I should not hit my head. Then I was cuffed and put in the ambulance and the officer who hit me said he didn't even want to be a cop. He wants to be an engineer. I suggest they fire all the screwballs, keep the good ones, and hire new officers in place of the 💩tty ones.

I am truly trying to understand people and their authority and the NUTS they hire to enforce the law. I never had an issue with NYPD, and I've often commended them for even having the guts to do what they do-- until this evening.. While having company,my guest waiting patiently-i must add, as my neighborhood does NOT have public parking--parking is insane and has been on the News for the situation--while waiting for parking a cop drives up behind him and issues a ticket for DOUBLE PARKING!!! I call the precinct and an officer named Mrs. Morning says, he was correct with issuing a ticket-just because there's NO parking available it's STILL AGAINST THE LAW TO DOUBLE PARK,and if you've lived there over 20 years and always waited for parking then you've been given a courtesy of the past 20 years!! REALLY??? :( I'm going to every single outlet available to me, for voice my complaint---IF THIS ISN'T HARASSMENT then I really need someone to teach me what is. My hard earn TAXES are NOT paying for this abuse of AUTHORITY! :(

WE CALL THE PRECINCT COUPLE TIME ABOUT GROUP OF GUYS THAT SMOKING WEED AT THE STAIRS BLOCKING THE WAY OF PEOPLE COULDN'T UPSTAIR........I SPEAK TO THE OFFICE AND THE RESPOND I GOT FROM THE OFFICE IN THE PHONE. HOW YOU KNOW IF THEY ARE SMOKING WEED OR MAKING NOISE. I TOLD I WAS WALKING OUTSIDE WITH MY DOGS. HE KEPT ON SAYING THE SAME THING. HOW YOU KNOW THEY ARE SMOKING WEED. THE OFFICE DIDN'T WANT IT TO BE BOTHER. THEY GOT SO LAZY THAT WHAT PEOPLE DON'T HAVE NO REPESCT FOR THE COPS. THE 45TH PRECINCT IT'S WORST EVER. IT'S TIME TO SHAPE UP. I WOULD WRITE LETER GOVERNOR ANDREW M, CUOMO. I WANT HIM TO CAME TO THE BRONX WHERE I LIVE AT COUNTRY CLUB AND THROGG NECK BETWEEN. THE GUYS THAT HANGS OUT... LATE AFTERNOON, EVENING AND LATE LATE NIGHT. IT IS A DEAD END ROAD. IT IS BETWEEN FAIRMOUNT AVE AND THROGMORTON AVE DOWN THE HILL. CAN WAIT TO WRITE THE LETTER TO THE GOVERNOR.

called many times to complain about cars parking on fire hydrant either they never show up or 1 time I waited 3 hours but had to call every hour
