One extremely rude ticketing staff my friend had to deal with at King's station when he asked "is unlimited pass gives unlimited rides?" Lady in her 50s literally shouting at him replied "what unlimited means to you" and repeated this 5 times. No police security usually available at stations.

Your express buses are skipping out on picking up patrons so they can go home. I just had to approach one of them who was at the first stop, relaxing on the job. Probably prepared to not pick up passengers at the next stops down. Like the 3 buses before it. This is why I walked to the first stop. I will be making a formal, written complaint. This is not the first time.

Lost my monthly metrocard, then I called and they never gave me my money back to me. Then I called again and they hanged up on me. On top of that, terrible and expensive service, mta!
