My wife and I had contacted multiple real estate agents in the Smithtown, NY area when we considered listing our commercial property. We interviewed Mr Jawdat and found him to be extremely knowledgeable. He also provided considerable insight and experience regarding potential options. He was polite, on time to our meeting and spent over an hour of his time at the initial meeting with us. He routinely answered our many calls when we had questions and when he was unavailable returned our calls promptly. His insight saved us tens of thousands of dollars in attorneys fees. We were so fortunate to find him and I would highly recommend his services if you need to sell your residential or commercial real estate.
Allen Boulos is informative, prompt, and more importantly, understands human dynamics involved in lease/purchase negotiations. Allen assessed our business’s needs and tailored his search to meet our specifications. After our first phone call, he began his search the same day and had us a list of showings as quickly as the listing agents could call him back. As important as finding the right location and price for your business is, the human component cannot be taken for granted. Allen helped us navigate the negotiation process to best work out a deal that made both parties happy. When our company expands and needs more space, Allen will most definitely be our first choice of agents.
I highly recommend New York Commercial Real Estate. I have referred many cases to NYCR and have always received positive feedback from my clients. I am especially pleased with Jack Jawdat who is a very caring person and one who doesn't hesitate to take the extra time to ensure potential buyers/ sellers understand the process and are kept fully informed. It is a pleasure to do business with NYCR.
Horrible! I would give zero stars if I could! They The so called President Jack Jawdat fails to call you back as they/he promises in 15 minutes! They claim they don't have listings where their silly sign is posted in the window. Then when you press them/him, they/he claims they/he will contact the owner of the location to see if they want you and get back to you. Then they/he never calls you back as promised! Sounds like prejudice discrimination? Pathetic real estate!!! If they can't do this correctly or honestly what else are they doing wrong??? With a million real estate businesses around, I will SURELY always go elsewhere!
