When shopping there great place to shop only this I didn't like was all the customers complain about them carrying their items like really? It's not the girls problem who work here that your man/husband don't like being around you when you shop... I'll be coming back soon

Have been shopping in New York company for years. Usually visit the store Located at Sierra vista mall Fresno ca. Excellent customer service. BUT few days ago ended up visiting the one in fashion fair mall Fresno ca. Worst customer service ever.... Not even greet it at all. Employees talking about personal stuff I was looking around for clothes right next to the associates couldn't find the right sizes they did not even try to help or even hold the things I was carrying around the store. I had about 20 pieces of clothes and had to carry everything to go try it on. My mother had to go out to help to find other sizes I needed because no one was available to do their job... When I approached the register the cashier run behind to ask if I was ready. Not even did you find everything you were looking??? Or how was your shopping today??? After spending about $400 in this location with poor management. Poor customer service I would not give money to this especific store anymore. Manager Needs to train their associates better in Ho Mw to provides great customer shopping experience to people like me who is supporting this business. Without customers they wouldn't have a job.
