Great service and good coffee and a really pleasant atmosphere. I love the interior design - the warm colors, the interesting artwork - which is probably why I keep going back despite the blandest, barely cooked omelettes they serve at breakfast/brunch. Seriously, it has to take special care to deliver this level of awfulness in a dish. The eggs have no flavor (be prepared to dump half your salt and pepper shakes on them), and the veggies inside the omelettes are raw and again with zero flavor. The first time I had one, I thought the cook was having a bad day. The second time I realized he doesn’t know how to cook. The third time I had a bagel. Hard to mess that up.

Today we found a hair in our cream cheese.  The Manager was very uptight demanded we show him the hair! Took it to the store and he threw it on the floor. Somehow I don't believe customer's hair could come out of the cream cheese, with cream cheese over it. Definitely A health violation!  We have decided not to come back! We thought about coming back but the manager/owner would make it better. But a few  free day Old bagels don't make it right!  Definitely won't be recommending my friends to this business in the future!

Very rude customer service.. specially from the cashier!!! Definitely not coming back ever!!! The food is good but New York Deli you need new employees!!!

Sooooo disappointed! These aren't bagels anymore!
Apparently, the baker who had made NYDeli's bagels for years has gone out of business.
The new"bagels" (can't really call them that) are thick, small, round pieces of white bread.
The "Everything" had barely 10 small seeds atop.
Bagels are an integral part of a NY deli's cuisine!

Love both locations. Service great. Menu great. Never had a bad meal here. Best bagels in Santa Fe.
