I have never written a negative review but my experience yesterday at this facility has forced me to do so. I had the worst experience at the front desk. There were three secretaries at the desk , I see no reason to have to sit for over an hour before I was given the paper work to be completed. I arrived at 3:35 for a 4:00 appointment, unbelievably I was not given the paper work until some minutes to 5:00. That is unacceptable. How hard is it to put some papers together for a new patient to complete. To add insult to injury one of the secretaries told me I had a 5:00 appointment, that was a blatant lie and a cover up for incompetence. I am a teacher, don't I know the difference between 4:00 and 5:00? Two thumbs down for the front desk. However, when I eventually saw the doctor she was very professional and efficient, so was the therapist. The encounter with the front desk has left a bitter taste in my mouth. Thank you Madam doctor and therapist for making my experience bearable.
