too many people on cell phones while sitting on equipment makes it very hard to use equipment on a timely manner and complete a workout on time. Also nobody puts weights back after use takes very long to find the misplaced weights. But the sound system is nice and low easy to listen to while working out and its a nice size not too crowded after 9pm

Navigating to the Men's room is not convenient. Placement's of water fountains is weird. The Steam room in the men's bathroom hasn't been fixed now for over a month. Same story for a few of the treadmills and other equipment. No lotion in the men's bathroom. Need more flat benches for the free weights. Otherwise big open floor gym and isn't super packed.

I got a new job and need to cancel my membership because I'll no longer have any reason to be anywhere remotely in that area. I left the state for training for this new job to cancel and was told I had to talk to the General Manager, who wasn't in. I tried again with the same result before leaving, so I started calling. I have not been able to reach her. For three weeks. I've left my number multiple times and was told I would be called and emailed several times. I haven't heard anything and still haven't been able to cancel my membership. So management has been a huge con for me.

As for the gym... it's a gym. The only thing that really sticks out to me is the layout is a little wonky and the men's locker room is really weird to get to. They do provide towels, which is nice.

Staff is friendly, but management does not seem to pay close attention to the condition of the equipment or facility. Water fountain has been missing handles buttons for weeks, locker room has broken doors, and there has been no hand soap in the bathroom, just extra body wash soaps from the shower left on the counter tops.

Eek! Time for a facelift! Staff are very nice but it’s quite run down. Steam room broken for months, a/c in the studio not working for weeks, etc. Good class schedule, predictably busy at the usual times, but you can always find a machine.
