I am a member here for years.... Lately they are slack off in term of cleaning
Look like they don't even have cleaning service any more.
Men's Batch room is down right nasty. I wish I could take a photo of the Dyson hand dryer so everyone can see. It a total dis grace.
Manager/ Owner, please do something, while you in there look inside the sink, when was the last time any one clean it.

The gym membership wasn't the problem for me. It was the fact that I started signing on for a personal trainer. Halfway through I realize since I might be moving within the next 3 months, I wouldn't guarantee that paying for a personal trainer would be smart if I won't be able to do all the sessions. The fitness manager there named Jonathan tells me it's too late to cancel because I already signed. Turns out there's a 3 day money back guarantee that I wasn't told about. So not only am I going to lose $760, they're also charging me a $150 cancellation fee. These gyms only exist to make money. They're worse than signing a contract with the devil.

i agreee with the negative reviews. i live in nyc now but use this gym whenever i'm visiting my parents in springfield. it smells like mold everywhere- so bad like somebody died. disgusting! i used to come here five years ago and it was much nicer then

This is a great gym, I'm confused why everyone is giving low stars, it's just as clean as every other nysc I've visited, there's no abundance of broken machines, staff is friendly and the manager Brian was very polite, professional and courteous. I only have 3 suggestions 2 are relevant to all nysc's, altho it's nice that they offer shower amenities, the soap with aloe is a little too strong for women something a little more gentle would be nice,  more sanitizing wipes throughout the clubs to wipe down the machines b4 and after use would also be great and the 3rd suggestion is for this club in particular hooks or a bench for the towels in the shower stall would be helpful. Other than that this club is perfectly fine.

Liked coming here staff was nice . This NYSC's locker room is small but provides regular amenity's witch is good for me.
