Absolutely not understanding people. Official
Hours are not correct. Didn’t allow me to wash my laundry and still had somebody’s clothes in the machines.

They are very friendly, at to me.  You can get your clothes back the next day if not the same day. Obviously you'd have to drop them off in the morning. Other customers in the laundromat are cool and friendly. Like anyplace you drop your laundry you gotta check your socks. Not a big problem but I have lost socks there. Probably would've given them 4 stars if not for that. I don't buy cheap socks.

This place sucks. I left to use restroom because they don’t have public restrooms for there customers. Come back 15 min later clothes wet and employee tells me because dryer was open. Like really you couldn’t close the door?! 😡 Everytime I give this place the benefit of the doubt they always show me. I'm right about them taking care of there customerd

Definitely a good place for laundromat. Comparing to few I visited nearby, this place is tidy and kept clean. Also there are 4 seats available. Washing machines accept 25c/1$ coins, dryer machines 25c (for 7 mins of tumbling). Washing machines price starts from 2.5 $ which is a standard weekly clothes (underwear,t-shirts, socks). You can buy washing liquid and fabric conditioner at the counter.
At first approach with staff, a woman was cold and informal, but I see this is the standard approach to customers in NY, which should be improved.
