Ordered typical American Chinese food for our first visit to New Yo House and really enjoyed it! Everything tasted fresh and was piping hot! Asked for certain sauces & chopsticks and received both in the bag. The restaurant even called to confirm our order after we placed it online to clarify an item. Glad that our regular place was closed today so we got to try New Yu!

Grossest Chinese food I have ever tasted. The sweet and sour chicken came breaded and we had to put the sauce on top of the chicken ourselves. The sweet and sour shrimp was breaded as well and very tiny. The sweet and sour sauce tasted not as good as other kinds.The teriyaki chicken tasted more like beef jerky. The sesame chicken was breaded and flavorless. The spring rolls were very small. The only good things were the veggie fried rice and the egg rolls. I will never ever spend my money there and I would recommend no one should ever order from it.

Egg foo young. Patties were burnt. One was so burnt on the outside it broke off a piece. Black. I didn't want the person I was eating with to know, complaining. I ate most of one, the lightest. And threw away the other 2. Mistake was didn't take photos. My complain is the cook knew this, it should of been cooked again. Delivery was quick and pleasant delivery man.

If you order from New Yu House at 1100 Long Pond Road in Greece NY 14626, be sure to check your receipt. Not only is the woman behind the plastiglass rude, but she may charge you $431,044.30 for you $44.30 food because apparently, she doesn’t know math. She will then mouth “Declined” refuse to listen to you, try to run it again, and then make it like you’re the scumbag when your bank has been smart enough to detect a fraudulent transaction. A second card removed our food from solitary, but we will NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN. BEWARE. I have never received such poor customer service in my life. I would give them a zero, but their food was good.

We gave this place a shot seeing as it was right next to the Dance studio I was waiting at for my child and also close to our new home. The food was good but incredibly expensive and not anything amazingly delicious. Checkout was extremely unwelcoming due to the glass the staff was behind. We would probably choose our old spot,Chef King next time.

Love this place never have an issue with the food it is always fresh tasting and tasting and full of flavor. Not a sit down place As most Chinese restaurants aren't  but order head through an app called beyond menu for takeout.Food: 5/5

Great food, love the lunch deals, super easy to order with beyond menu. When I go in to order or pickup the people are always attentive and friendly  Wheelchair accessibility: Two sets of doors may not be the easiest for a person in a wheel chair but are plenty wide and all the counters are at a good height for accessibility.

Some of the best authentic Chinese cuisine I've had in a long while, I've literally eaten at 3 days in a row now. I totally recommend.
