Very poor company. They wanna be rich to earn money with shortcuts.Never trust on that company.First they say $45 than they charge $200. One day it will be close. If they will do that type of business it is closing soon. Very pooorr really.  No doubt. Donot give them business. Very poor really. You can see the reality after giving business.

Terrible!!!!! I'm originally from Chicago, but I'm using an airbnb here in Newark. We lost our key so we needed a locksmith we called the man said 15 to come out; and then the technician will tell me how much it'll be I said okay and I gave them my info. 10 min later I get a call from a man asking if I called another company, and I respond with just one but you were the only company I gave my information to and he said okay a technician is on there way. 30 min by and nothing so I call back man says they canceled Idk why let me transfer you to the tech, the tech says ma'am you called two company's and we cancelled its $15 to go out but it's not what you think it's gonna cost to open the door. EXCUSE ME?! who are you to tell me what I think you're gonna charge me? Don't assume I don't have money to pay. Yes I called a company before yours but to ask for prices I didn't give them my information. This is 24/hr lock smith. Never again. I just don't understand why they didn't tell me no to begin with instead of making us wait.

I  just called and schedule an appointment for next Friday to install a lock on on a basement door.
Customer service was great and very helpful.

Call them at your own risk. They make you wait for hours if they come at all. They say the guy is on the way  to help you , they have the nerve to ask you to wait by the phone , but they lie and tell you he is 20 minutes away as you wait for another hour.  Terrible response time . I waited 2 hours for  them  before calling someone else.
