I was a victim of Identity Theft.  Officer Vozzella was so kind and helpful.  He followed up on everything and got it handled in one day.  Also Nicole was very helpful in the office.  The police department was professional and efficient.

minute wait for a headlight. Just to get a warning. Meanwhile my two year daughter is screaming I need to use the potty. Then the officer try to tell me that I have to take my car to the shop. So they can change the headlight bulb. Wow!

Still have not charged the person who broke into my car when i gave them multiple evidence. They also lied when i got arrested and said i was being mean when in all reality i was following every direction they gave. Disgrace to good officers. They also care way too much about marijuana.

Officers will promise to do something then not follow through.  When I attempted to get them to keep their word they told me they were too busy and that if I didn't shut up they would arrest me.
Do not trust. They do not respect people.
