I have spent a lot of money out there. I have won a few times but very little compared to what I have spent. I go very often but have quit using my card because I tend to win more often without it. I have been on a machine winning before and they did something to the machine next to the one I was winning on and it immediately quit hitting. I don't know the staff is very friendly and do their best to take care of you but I wish the machines hit as often as what they say on the commercials

I don't usually go to casinos because I don't think they are fun evenings out, especially if there isn't any other entertainment like concerts, stand-up comedy,  or any other live performances. Newcastle Casino is so over packed with Gaming machines and Table Games, it's very difficult to get through the casino to the different areas of it.  There are so many people, they run into each other. People are squeezed in the small building that houses Newcastle Casino.  There is the SMOKING SECTION only. There is absolutely not a single place free from second hand smoke, not even the bathrooms are smoke-free.  Every Gaming machine, every gaming table, and all Gaming areas are so close together, it seems intrusive, invasive, and uncomfortable. It's hard to enjoy the experience while being trampled, someone sitting so close they are in your personal space, on each side of you, blowing cigarette and cigar smoke in your face. There is ample disabled parking available in both the parking lot and parking garage. All parking is free. There is no valet parking. There is transport to and from parking areas to the casino doors for disabled and special needs patrons. I don't like it whatsoever, it's not an enjoyable experience. They do offer free coffee and fountain drinks.

This casino includes some of the best games in the state. A great mixture of classic and modern slot machines that will make anyone happy. Table games, multiple places to eat and drink. Plenty of restrooms and parking but wear your walking shoes as this casino is larger than it looks. 

Oh yeah, the gift shop which includes just about every Tobacco need has a drive up window. You don’t even have to leave your car!  Can’t beat that. 5/5

I use to win at Newcastle quite often, but over the last 2 years they don't pay hardly anything... the associates aren't nearly as friendly as they were in the past.  I would rather drive further to get better service and be able to stay and play for awhile. You spend hundreds and your lucky to get $5.00 in free play. This place has become a huge joke....

Friday night at newcastle is a sight to behold with all of the people and the flashing lights sounds of jackpots ringing really puts u in a great mood. The staff is always friendly and quick to help when u need help. I would have to say i had a great time and will return soon to try my luck with my favorite game "The walking dead". Good luck to all and have a great time!
