My husband and I have been to many car museums, on the east coast, and the Newport Car Museum has been the finest. We were greeted by friendly staff, shown the way to the vehicles, advised we could take as many photo as we liked (my hobby which works well with my husband's love of cars), and we were even greeted and conversed with the owners Gunther and his wife Maggie. The facility is absolutely beautiful. The vehicles are pristine, and are beautifully displayed, the photos on the walls, the timely furnishings, should you desire to sit a bit, are all beautiful. The vehicles have their own area by type, and there are videos playing related to the vehicles. At the end of your tour, you might want to try out one of the car simulators in another area. I'm adding a few photos to this review, we hope to visit the Newport Car Museum again soon!

Fabulous museum, cars very nicely displayed and all owned by a private collector. Well worth a visit if you enjoy good design. Very friendly helpful staff here too, all very interested in what they do 😁👍

I had such a fantastic experience at the Newport Car Museum. Everything from the art, fun furniture and amazing collection of cars made the evening one I won't forget. The event space is so beautiful, I can not wait to attend more parties there! The car simulators felt just like diving a real race car! It was an amazing experience all around! The Newport Car Museum is a 'must do' when visiting Rhode Island!

This is a must stop for any car lover. What a great layout of this museum. You feel like you are a part of automobile history. What a way to enjoy exotic cars and classics under the same roof.

Wow! What an incredible experience. The museum has a lot to offer to both the casual car fanatic and the lifetime aficionado. The videos are entertaining as well as informative. The staff is very friendly and they really know their stuff. Cool place to spend an afternoon.
