Terrible. Sexist. Liars. 3 words used to discribe these officers. So disgusted with the way they handle their position. Called to a scene for disorderly conduct by a male they did nothing to, wouldn't even escort him off the property when they asked. And instead gave two girls an MIP when one of them wasn't drinking and blew a 000 3 times into a breathalyzer. Refused to give me a walk test/ physical test. Said because my eyes were blood shot I was intoxicated. Then asked me 2 mins later what color my eyes were. Not to mention I have two whitnesses who know I didn't drink and blew a 000 3 times and know my eyes weren't red. I woke up from sleeping when the cops got there to support my friend. Instead of controlling the real situation the sexist jerk cared more about hurting 2 innocent girls. So the guy screaming and pissing on people's cars did not get in trouble or anything.

I am trying to reach out to a relative who I found out was an officer here until a few years ago. My dad's side of the family is from Newport RI. My dad was a criminal prosecutor for the Attorney General's Office of California and I am having serious problems related to family law involving the safety of my 2 children, and my father is unavailable to help me. As a victim of a crime at Festival Field,  90 Girard Avenue, recent mention by a female employee used the word "corruption."  They have falsified every police report and have threatened, stalked, harrassed me continually for suspected financial interests of the owners Affordable HOUSING Associates which sold for a suspect 21 million dollars above appraised price.  If you are a criminal you will thrive here because any negative publicity will hurt them financially.  They have been using Directed Energy Weapons on me since around December 2016, noteworthy Officer Jimmy Winters sitting in a metal vehicle at the time.  They are organizers of organized gang stalking on this property and are suspects in invasion of privacy, conspiracy to commit murder since 2008-2009, torture, bioterrorism in collaboration with the criminal organization RIPTA, Walmart, Subways, Five Dollar Store, Shaw's, Christmas Tree Stop, Ahepa, City of Middletown and Police, State Police, Fedex, Signature Nails, Hillmart, State Police, UPS, USPS, 911 system.  If you want to watch me take a shower or go the bathroom with these perverts, go to apt. 94 with the rest of the tenants on the property.  You will be rewarded with free housing for rest of your life and drugs never get arrested, fake disability, work under the table, free phones.  Even a staff of the owners OD'd on rhe property with 24 security provided by Newport Police.  Can you imagine how much money The owners are paying these corporations and police to silence me The cowards had to resort to weaponized electromagnetic radiation devices to torture one woman, Joan Marie Dobbins. They have used poison too;  it is amazing I am still alive.  You are guilty of terrorism for money and instead of deleting this as you have with all communication just think now everyone will know how strong and powerful be scared of you give you all their money in fear that you might do to them if as victims of a crime, trying to file a police report.   Just imagine the power you would have you and all of your perverted weak lazy friends.
