I just called to ask how much they thought it might cost to go from Newton to Fenway. He Sounds intoxicated and rudely responded with "oh i don't know probably the same as any other time you've done that. I'm sure you've taken a cab to Fenway plenty of times in your life" 
I don't think anyone should Call this cab company as he was clearly I toxicated and should not be driving anyone

Always on time and reliable

Called for taxi. They said 5-10 min. 25 minutes later, the taxi driver called to say he was 15 minutes out. No way to run a company.
