Steve Hillier and his team at NewVision Realty Group did an incredible job helping me sell my home. The home had some differed maintenance that needed attention in order to sell quickly and for a good price, but I had a limited budget. Steve recommended third party vendors that were not only reasonable but extremely professional and speedy. With direction from Steve and NewVision Realty Group, we were able to prep the home for sale inside of 30 days (this included repairing necessary items, new paint, flooring, staging the home, etc). After only one week on the market, we had multiple offers in hand, and they were above our list price. Couldn’t be more pleased with Steve’s professionalism, market knowledge, vendor connections, and responsiveness. Would highly recommend, keep up the good work!!!

Steve Hillier, Luis Silva, and the team at NewVision Realty Group helped me sell an investment property.  They came to our first meeting enthusiastic, well prepared, and had a strategic plan for getting the property ready to sell. Every interaction I had with them after that was the same.  They proposed an efficient sale process, helped coordinate with third party vendors to get the property looking amazing, arranged for the staging/photographs, and provided well informed and thoughtfully critical advice on finishing the house. Overall the sale went very smoothly and they were able to quickly solve any issue that may have come up.  Looking forward to working with them again!

Kelly was absolutely amazing to work with.  My boyfriend and I decided to buy our first home in Roseville while still living in Los Angeles during a time when the market was extremely competitive, especially in our price range.  We were looking for a cosmetic fixer upper in a good neighborhood on a tight budget and we had just a couple months to find it.  Kelly found us a home in about a week and when our offer was accepted, she explained every step clearly for us as first time buyers to make sure we were comfortable with everything.  When that first house fell through, she sympathized with us and immediately got back to work.  She found us several homes and worked with us through numerous offer letters and negotiations until we found another house that met our needs and fit our budget.  She had a way of working with other agents that allowed her to get exactly the information we needed to put a competitive offers together and get into escrow quickly.  Once our offer was accepted, we hit basically every bump in the road possible and Kelly handled each one with grace and assured us it would all be worth it.  We just closed a couple days ago and she was right!  She topped it off with the perfect housewarming gift that proved she had really gotten to know us as people throughout the process.  Kelly was professional, knowledgeable, caring, and attentive throughout the home buying process and we will definitely be working with her again when we are ready to upgrade!
