Wow what an amazing change from NYU downtown to NY Presbyterian! We’ve been here when it was NYU and i can tell you the horror stories (but i shouldn’t). When my wife’s doctor changed his location to this hospital we were hesitant at first but ultimately gave it a chance because the hospital changed ownership. Maybe it’s because the hospital is trying to change their image or maybe it’s a completely different staff, regardless of the reason we were both shocked and pleasantly surprise by the entire staff not just the doctors and nurses. Even the cleaning staff greets you when they come in the room. Amazing doctors and nurses who really try to help and inform you on what are the best choices for you and not what makes the most money for the hospital. Also big thanks to the entire staff at the NICU for caring for my baby in his first week of life. You guys are awesome!

Today before i go hospital i searched and read comments, then try to go this hospital becuase near my apartment, i think their process , staffs and doctors are good. Made sure what kind of my sickness. They Made sure they and me understands same things and treat the right way. Staffs kindness. Just hospital look not new, not supper clean , but good enough. Thank you

My son fell on the stairs at his school and split his scalp. Ambulance took him here. The pediatric emergency room was great. Doctor closed wound with staples. There was no wait and they explained everything throughout the procedure.

I gave birth to my baby girl in the beginning of October. The doctor and nurses were absolutely amazing. They have a nursery and a lactation consultant Carolyn. The lactation consultant is very knowledgeable and instrumental in my breastfeeding. I would definitely go back to this hospital to give birth again because of these reasons.

Great Hospital and wonderful staff. I'm willing to say that this hospital is top of health institutions in the Manhattan NY area. Definitely has taken the lead in all categories.
