We called Next Service to Repair our deep freeze that had gone out after being in storage for a year. They were friendly and we promptly received an appointment and Azael came out and diagnosed our problem correctly and got the part and fixed it all in the same day. The service was very professional and and the price was reasonable. We will call Next Service now anytime we need any kind of appliance or unit repair.

Excellent customer service!  Got an appt at the earliest time for my fridge that seemed to be dying.  The wonderful service technician told me it needed a new fan and that it would probably die very shortly.  The important thing to note is that we were leaving the next morning for a trip and needed it fixed immediately.  Upon hearing that fact the tech found the part, drove across town in traffic and back and fixed it before dinner!  Amazing!  We couldn't have hoped for a better outcome.

Customer service is top notch..ladies who answered phones were very friendly and knowledgeable.  Azael the technician was very friendly and diagnosed the problem quickly and was in and out.  Will definitely use Next service again.

I searched online for an appliance and repair company because I had a problem with my refrigerator which was not cooling but also made  a loud motorcycle-like noise! After I read some customer reviews on most of the companies , I decided to give Next Service a try. I called yesterday 12/21/16 and the response from the lady who answered the phone made me even more confident that I picked the best company to help fix my refrigerator. Juaria  is the lady's name. She   is very friendly, courteous and  very professional on the phone and she gave me an appointment for today 12/22/16. I received a courtesy call to remind me that a tech was on the way. I asked her who was coming and she told me Azael Segovia ! I was more happy because I had read other reviews recommending this tech for his excellent work. Azael came to my house just a few minutes after the courtesy call. He was very much on time! I showed him my troublesome refrigerator and he started working on it. Half way through he explained what the problem was and several solutions to fix the problem. I like the fact that he  wanted to fix the problem the easiest way possible because this would save me from spending more than I should. It didn't even take him more than 30 minutes and the issue was resolved. Now my fridge is purring happy and so AM I :) I also learnt that he has been working with Next Service for over 20 years!! Wow no wonder his service is EXCELLENT! and I would HIGHLY recommend AZAEL and NEXT SERVICE to any customer out there in need of Appliances Repair. I will definitely call NEXT SERVICE again!!! Thank you Azael and Next Service for your Excellent Service!!

My refrigerator quit working was no longer staying cold.  I called Next Service and they sent out their expert Azael Segovia,he came out same day.  He was very professional, explained everything he was doing.  When he evaluated what was wrong, he gave me all of my options.  It turned out to be my compressor had failed.  I would highly recommend this Next Service company and will call them again for any of my appliance problems.
