I've been buying shoes from Cyrus for 12 plus years. Now he's my go-to guy for for my child who requires specially fitted shoes. We are so grateful for his knowledge and expertise. Take a book, or some way to pass the time in case you arrive with many of his other loyal other customers. Good things come to those who can wait.

I've been going to Cyrus for years. He is really skilled at diagnosing problems with your feet, and pair you with shoes that correct the problem. While he isn't as cheap as going to Payless or other discount shoe outlets, the relief he provides is worth paying the little extra for.

There's no one quite like Cyrus.  You walk for him, and he tells you what shoes you can wear.  And he's right!

I happened to drive by their store the other day, and walked in -- I've been looking for hard plastic orthotics to replace the ones I've had for 5 years.  I haven't been able to find them locally, so was pleased to walk in and talk to someone who instantly knew what i needed.  He really gets it.

The shop got busy while i was there.  After he finished diagnosing what i needed, he delegated to one of his team members -- giving them instructions while simultaneously giving attention to the next customers. I know this sounds like it's not a customer service model, but it works well.  Worked great for me, as well as the other 3 customers in the shop at the same time, who all got his expertise.  

I will definitely buy from him again.
