I rely on the bus for work everyday and there is always supposed to be 3:12 Delaware b bus and it never ever comes!! There’s a bus at 2:30 and then not another till 3:50. So I constantly am super early or super late to work. Why put a bus on the schedule if there is never one at this time! Not to mention the timing for the buses is never right they’re almost always extremely late or even super early.

Today was my first time using the bus system to get home from williamsville to west seneca I paid for the daily fare $5 because I would need to transfer to different transit. It took a little over 2 hours but I don't mind because the drivers are very nice I asked how to pay for the fare and the driver let me know how to use the ticket machine plus I love the fact google maps lets me see when the bus schedule is and what bus to get on. So I got on at the main street bus stop near citizens bank people were friendly enough. I transferred about 40 mins later to the subway line and took that downtown not too bad then I waited for the connection to arrive another passenger asked me for change from a bigger bill I did not have it I apologized and he was very courteous buffalo is a pretty safe place to ride the bus line I got on my connecting bus and was able to learn the request stop method for busses pretty neat. It is better than driving in my opinion no stress about traffic and what not. Plus the prices are affordable and there are half rates if you have medicaid I think they sell reloadable gift cards now too I will have to look out for this and post my findings

Useless. Most routes only run once, maybe twice an hour, service is REDUCED on weekends, fare machines don't make change, fare is high yet the Metro Rail stations are falling apart...tells you everything you need to know, if you know what I mean. Unacceptable for a city of Buffalo's size and they refuse to get with the times and adapt to the city's recent boom. Just drive a car or use Uber.
