Construction Management is a professional management practice consisting of an array of services applied to construction projects and programs through the planning, design, construction and post construction phases for the purpose of achieving project objectives including the management of quality, cost, time and, scope. Our team uses a combination of Microsoft Project and Procore to smoothly manage all projects.


General construction includes contracting the construction of an entire project, rather than just a portion of the work. The general contractor
hires subcontractors, coordinates all work, and is responsible for
payment to subcontractors.

Design-build streamlines project delivery through a single contract between the owner and the design-build team. This simple but
fundamental difference saves money and time by transforming the
relationship between designers and builders into an alliance which fosters collaboration and teamwork.
