Dr. Nguyen runs a family practice with both Vietnamese and Spanish speakers to help translate.  He attended UCLA medical school and is willing to spend time talking over any condition.  His wife, in the front office, is willing to make payment arrangements when insurance doesn't cover everything.  They make same-day appointments whenever they can, and once they came in on a Saturday just to see our family.  It's an old-fashioned way of treating patients and I feel lucky to have found him.

yes Im not a big fan of writing bad reviews. but here is what this place is. this place is pure example of what is wrong with todays medical system in usa. the only reason this person is in business is to make money. and they don't care about anything else. however doctor. ngyuyen will look you in the face - fake smile and tell you the only reason he is here is to make you happy. but what he really does is make you frustrated because he won't answer any questions directly, not because he doesn't want to, but because he doesn't even know. I went in to get medicals done, but left frustrated, because I didnt understand what I need to do (after he was explaining to me for 10 minutes) the nurse said she didn't understand anything either. Then he convinced me to do some $120 dollar extra blood test and I haven't heard back from them in more than 2 weeks. then I called myself they found my records after 10 minutes on hold and now Im going back to talk to the doctor again... I bet if it wasnt for insurance that pays for most of his patients he would not be able to sustain his practice for more than 2 months. that much for customer service here. oh yeah they did not forget to charge me $200 for a 5 minute visit.
