NHH Building & Restoration has been doing business in Minnesota and Wisconsin since 2001. We are locally owned and operated. We are custom home builders and restoration specialists. We currently handle the entire residential customer experience from sale to project completion. Our goal is to provide customers with exceptional value and service. We do this by providing our customers with top quality products and guaranteed workmanship for reasonable prices. We have a strong team in place to make sure all aspects of our services are dedicated to providing our customers with exceptional service and value.

NHH Building & Restoration is a licensed (License # BC326056), bonded and insured contractor. NHH is accredited by the Better Business Bureau. We are an Owen’s Corning preferred contractor, lead safe certified, and a member of the Minnesota Association of Exterior Specialists.

I had NHH do my roof and gutters after a hail storm went through my neighborhood. I had a great experience with NHH. I worked with Arnie and he was a huge help and very patient with me and answered all the questions I had thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable with all the answers. They also have a great office staff that was very prompt in returning calls and answering questions. They did such a good job with my roof and gutters that I recommended them to my parents and my parents used them to get a new roof and gutters along with some other issues they were having. My parents also thought Arnie was great and a huge help. I recommend NHH to everyone that needs help regarding there home construction. They're thorough, prompt and very detailed.

Arnie, Thanks for all your leadership and expertise with our screen room project, you were the right man for the job! Like any project there’s always a couple of unique challenges but your honesty and professionalism to work through those things really reinforced in my mind that you are a person of high character and are principled in business which means a lot to me. Katey and I couldn’t be happier with how the space turned out, it’s beautiful! We are loving spending in time in their together, getting fresh air, eating breakfast with our kids while hearing birds sing, and hanging out in the room with friends. It’s really going to make a great space for family memories. Compliments to your team as well. Amanda was professional and organized with all the office paperwork and Sam as the foreman with his crew took pride in their work and are excellent craftsmen. It was fun getting to know you through the project to. I’ll definitely recommend your business to others. Your company offers honesty, integrity, quality work, and flexibility which is rare to find. We recently experienced damage to our roof and screen porch due to a very strong windstorm…we lost numerous trees, many fell on the house and screen porch…we ended up with an 8 foot hole in the living room roof and because of the damage water leaked into the house through vents and wherever it could come in…we were devastated! We contacted Arnie as soon as possible, and he was there in a very timely manner, and he had his crews working on our house in a matter of hours! They removed the fallen trees on the house, patched up the very large hole in the roof, both inside and outside and we were all buttoned up by that evening. I don’t know what we would have done without Arnie and this crew! Every crew member was very pleasant and easy to work with, we are looking forward to working with Arnie and his team on the storm restoration to the home!

We liked the look of the products and the fact that they are very low maintenance. We liked the services provided and the fact that we were kept informed every step of the way. Everyone we worked with from the owner to the sub contractors to the office staff were never too busy to take our phone calls and answer our questions. They dealt with the insurance company and the mortgage company for us. Everyone was always friendly and helpful. They made this a very stress free and positive experience for us. Can't say enough good things about this company.

My wife and I put an addition on our house, remodeled the kitchen, and replaced the siding. Arnie and his crews were easy to work with. The problems that came up were solved to our utmost satisfaction. The project was completed in a timely fashion. All the subcontractors were very professional and qualified. I would highly recommend the work and services of NHH.
